سعید لاهوتی (زاده ۱۳۵۹ تهران)
آهنگساز و نوازنده، فارغ التحصیل کارشناسی موسیقی از دانشکده هنر و معماری. نوازندگی کمانچه را نزد استاد محمد مقدسی
و همچنین پیانو و آهنگسازی را نزد دکتر
فرید عمران فرا گرفت.
از مهمترین آثار او می توان به:
آلبوم برای جوانان، سوئیت مناظر اشکور ،
آوازهای راپسودیک ، سوگ ، فانتزی سوناتا ، مجموعه واریاسیونها ، آوازهای قدیمی
ایرانی و قطعاتی برای سه تار اشاره کرد.
او به واسطه ی تجربیاتی که
در موسیقی ایرانی و همچنین موسیقی مدرن کسب کرده است توانسته آثار بدیعی در مواجهه این دو نظام موسیقایی خلق کند.

performer,
He graduated from faculty
of music at the college of Art and Architecture. He learned to play Kamancheh
with mastro Mohammad Moghaddasi and also play piano and composition with Dr.
Farid Omran.
His most important works
include:
Album for the Young,
Suite of Eshkevar Vistas, Rhapsodic Songs , Elegy ، Fantasy Sonata, Collection of Variations, Iranian
Old Songs, and Pieces for Setar. Through his experiences in both Iranian and
modern music, he has been able to create original works
at the intersection of these two musical systems.
